Terms & conditions

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once a written care plan has been agreed and any deposit paid. Boarding stays require a 25% deposit; walks are invoiced monthly in arrears.

Cancellations

Boarding cancelled more than 14 days before the stay is refunded in full. Inside 14 days the deposit is retained. Walks cancelled before 8am on the day are not charged.

Health & vaccinations

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment. We reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment at the owner's cost in an emergency.

Behaviour

Owners must disclose any history of aggression or reactivity. We may end a booking early if a dog poses a risk to a carer, another animal or the public.
