We collect only the information we need to arrange care for your pet: your name, contact details, address and the details you give us about your animal.

How we use it

Your details are shared with the branch owner and carer looking after your pet, and with your vet in an emergency. We never sell data or add you to marketing lists without asking.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for six years for insurance and licensing purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing hello@digsfordogs.example.
